Michael Madden, PhD, RT(R)(CT)(MR): Keep pace with the rapidly changing field of medical imaging. Each year, I would copy the materials and mail them out. As the packages got heavier each year, one of my students suggested that I might consider getting the teaching material published so each student could have their own copy. Over the years, the students have helped me developed a nice collection of cases america. So the next year, I sent a package to LWW and they agreed to publish the first edition in 2001. Like most faculty, each year I tried to improve my lectures by adding some new films and by adding more detail to help the students better understand the subject. During his career, he has served on the medical school faculty of the University of Kansas and the University of Nebraska. &13;&13; Since the first edition was printed, we have continued to collect new cases and I have been looking forward to updating the published teaching materials.
